Got questions? We've got answers:

Our e-commerce solutions start at £2,000 for a single-product store. This includes professional design, secure payment processing, and all essential e-commerce features. For shops with multiple categories or custom features, we'll provide a detailed quote based on your specific needs.

A standard business website typically takes up to 4 weeks from start to finish. We'll provide a specific timeline based on your project requirements.

Both platforms are excellent choices, but they suit different needs. Shopify is perfect for businesses wanting a straightforward, managed solution with minimal technical involvement. WooCommerce offers more customisation options and can be more cost-effective for larger catalogues. We'll help you choose the best platform for your specific business needs.

Both platforms provide user-friendly interfaces for managing products, inventory, and orders. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're confident managing your shop. You can easily track stock levels, process orders, and manage customer information through a straightforward dashboard.

Absolutely. We integrate trusted payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, ensuring your customers' payment details are handled securely. All our e-commerce sites include SSL certificates and follow security best practices to protect both you and your customers.

This depends on your chosen platform. Shopify has monthly subscription fees starting from £19, plus transaction fees. WooCommerce has lower monthly costs but requires separate hosting (which we can provide for £10 per month). We'll provide a clear breakdown of all costs during our initial consultation, so you can make an informed decision.

Andy was the lead developer for the replatform of Carluccio's website onto the brand new BigCommerce-Wordpress integration. It was a ground-up rebuild as the old site was significantly out of date and - unusually for a replatform - was delivered on time and on budget. I and my team were in frequent contact with Andy throughout the project, and he was consistently brilliant: quick to respond, able to suggest alternative faster/better ways to achieve a given goal, fast at delivering output and a pleasure to work with. As we were the first UK client to be using the new BC-WP integration there was a fair amount of learning to be done and problems to be solved. Andy always kept us very well informed about progress and successfully managed our expectations on deliverables and timelines. I would definitely choose to work with him again if the opportunity arose.
