Sandford Jr

Here at Sandford Jr, we combine 100% soft organic clothing with individual and captivating artwork created by talented illustrators and artists. All the garments are carefully screen-printed by hand using environmentally friendly water based inks. The desire to collaborate with artists to create something truly unique for babies and children as well as supporting artists along their careers has always been the driving force behind Sandford Jr.

Sandford Jr was a really great project. The brief was clear and the client knew exactly what she wanted and made sure it was perfect. Which is what we like!

The site is built on WordPress and uses a heavily customised version of the popular plugin ‘getshopped’.

The site allows users to browse the garments by filtering a number of criteria including age range, type and artist.

Design wise we all thought that the most important designs here were the garments themselves. So we simply provided a frame for the products that didn’t take away from the quality of the designs.
